SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped from one of our two locations:
- SWITZERLAND Warehouse
Shipping within two (2-5) business days after receipt of payment.
- GERMANY Warehouse
Shipping within two (7-15) business days after receipt of payment.
Please note the shipping location as duties and taxes will vary depending on the origin warehouse of the product and your delivery location.
The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of products purchased on mazingnzela.com, as specified within the order confirmation.
Unfortunately, MAZING NZELA is not responsible for any duties and/or customs fees charged on international orders.
Purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
PROCESSING:
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While MAZING NZELA strives to offer the highest quality service and packaging, there may be unforeseen delays beyond our control. MAZING NZELA is not responsible for unanticipated delays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
MAZING NZELA offers worldwide shipping options.
Unfortunately, MAZING NZELA is not responsible for any duties and/or customs fees charged on international orders.
TRACKING:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser as soon as the order has been shipped. MAZING NZELA will provide tracking numbers within the shipment notification email when the order has left our distribution center. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us within 24-48 hours at: info@mazingnzela.com. MAZING NZELA will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
RETURNS
1. Original Packaging Requirement:
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers, etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
The item/s must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
3. Packaging Instructions:
The MAZING NZELA packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
4. Non-Compliant Returns:
If the item does not fit these requirements, the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
5. Color Accuracy Disclaimer:
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on MAZINGNZELA.COM as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
6. No Exchanges:
The exchange of purchased products is not allowed. Therefore, products received after purchase may only be returned and result in a refund of the price paid for the purchase under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Return Window:
Returns Accepted Within 14 Days: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
8. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
9. Final Sale Items:
Final Sale Items Are Non-Returnable: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS
Refund Policy
If you request a refund for returned item(s), a credit note will be issued once the returned parcel has been received at our warehouse and after the quality check of the item(s) has been completed.
The refund process will take approximately 10 days from the moment the item(s) arrive at the warehouse. Any fluctuations in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
For orders paid via credit card, the refund will be issued to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount should appear on your next billing statement, but please note that this can vary depending on your bank or credit provider, and may take up to 30 working days to reflect in your account.
